
Md. Kaoser Bin Siddique is a distinguished Physiotherapist and Public Health Researcher with specialized focus in non-communicable diseases and disability inclusion. With over 14 years of comprehensive experience, he brings solid expertise in research, training, monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, program designing, technical leadership, resource mobilization, management and implementation of large-scale health and disability programs with national and international NGOs and government agencies. Currently serving as Research & Training Coordinator at TMSS Grand Health Sector and He is also an Adjunct Faculty of TMSS Nursing College, Bogura, Bangladesh. Mr. Siddique has built an impressive career working with prestigious organizations including icddr,b, DRRA, Faith Bangladesh, CDD, Save the Children, LMRF Healthcare, LMRF, Zero Clubfoot, and Gono Shashthya Kendra. His professional portfolio encompasses extensive work in research, disability inclusion, capacity building, training, health and rehabilitation, disability elimination, HIV and AIDS prevention programs, and social development initiatives. Mr. Siddique is a recipient of the USAID Next Generation Public Health Expert Scholarship (2014), winner of the Health System Global Thematic Group Award (2024), and an International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics Grant Recipient, demonstrating his recognition as a leading expert in his field. His scholarly contributions include significant peer-reviewed publications in national and international journals, including BioMed Central (BMC) Health Services Research, reflecting his commitment to advancing evidence-based practices in public health and disability research.
